Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Time Frame: You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, (such details would be mentioned under specific product details). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at info@vrindabyaina.com with your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, along wiith original tags, and in an unused/original condition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment/UPI (Depending upon feasibility). You will receive the credit within a certain 10-14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies/mode of payment.
– Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

– We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@vrindabyaina.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
