Orders placed in India are fulfilled by DTDC/Track On.

Once the order is placed, the item will be shipped within 4-5 days and delivered in 10-14 business days.
Shipping charges on Domestic orders: Rs.50-100/item depending upon the location.
Non-availability on delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package 1 time after confirming availability on call before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including a zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. Do note, that orders shipped and returned due to non-availability on delivery are not eligible for any refunds/ repeat fulfillment or credit notes instead of the returned original order.
Modes of payment: For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide net banking options across major banks, UPI & wallets. Cash on delivery (cod) facility is also available (Payment needs to be made through UPI on Vrinda’s bank account at the time of delivery).
